Mindfulness
Mindfulness teaches us to be aware of what we are experiencing in the present moment and to respond nonjudgmentally and skillfully. It teaches us to be curious and open uncovering within us our innate capacities of kindness and compassion. It nurtures a wise, kind attention we can bring to each moment of our lives, to others, and to the larger world.

Clara is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher having trained at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School and at the Mindfulness Center at Brown.
Mindfulness Based Habit Change (MBHC)
Mindfulness Habit Based Change (MBHC) is a program developed by Judson Brewer, MD, PhD, at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. The program is based on his neuroscience research that shows how habits and patterns are formed and how with mindfulness we can step out of habitual behaviors and into a new way of being in our lives.
Clara a qualified Mindfulness Based Habit Change facilitator having completed the program developed by Judson Brewer, MD, PhD, at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She offers individual and group therapy using his program called Unwinding Anxiety.
