Clara Irwin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) specializing in working with late adolescents, adults and seniors. Her focus includes the following:
- Anxiety: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic, and Hoarding
- Marriage and Family Counseling
Clara Irwin has extensive training and interest in treating anxiety disorders, in particular, obsessive compulsive disorder. Her approaches in working with anxiety included Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
She is trained in somatic therapies to address trauma.
She has trained at the Betty Ford Center and The Caron Foundation in working with addictions and codependency.
